Open Question: My passport was stolen in the summer of 2008 and I cannot remember if I reported it...?

A month after it was stolen the police recovered it and I now have it back! BUT my husband and I are taking a trip to Mexico (by air) on September 1st and I really don't want to pay $186 to receive a brand new expedited passport. Before anyone gives me crap for not doing this sooner...I just decided yesterday to surprise my husband with the trip and could not have booked it earlier because he was deployed... So anyway back to the issue at hand - I don't want to take the risk of going to Mexico if they are not going to not let me in! Does someone out there have any clue how to find out if the passport is invalid? Now it's been two years since I last traveled out of the country and it was only to Italy but as far as I remember no one scans or checks it in a computer -- but I've certainly been wrong before! Thank you for any help! I called the 800 number from the passport website about five minutes ago and they said they had no way to check it.

Open Question: Does she like me or just being friendly?

I know this named Gilda from my church, she used to treat me kinda bad like make fun of me and didn't really talk to me. She would always ask me why I didn't talk, I was shy back then in middle school. So my family moved from our old church back in 1998-99, we had attended there since 1995-1996. So we started attending a new church around 2002-2009. So it was around 2004-2008 that my dad saw that his pal was going to our church. Now he knows the girl's mom, he used to go school to her back in high school. So Gilda starts talking to me like saying hi which she never did back in the old church. She even attended my college where I used to attended and I saw her there once when coming down from class. I talked to her until her ride arrived and we caught up. She asked me how I was doing along with my family and then she asked if I was still attending the church as I was not attending. I told her no and then she sounded kinda unhappy that I wasn't. Anyway she has a my space page and I sent her a pal's request. So hopefully she accepts me as a pal soon, I even sent her a message. She seems more out going then she was before, before she was kinda shy like me and never talked in bible class. She even once grabbed my hand after church while I was looking the other way, and had this grin when I tried back to her. She is around my age 25 years old and I would really like to receive to know her. She is really nice and seems to want to receive my attention, or I think she is just playing difficult to receive. My parents even wanted me to ask her out which I really don't want to as it would back flame. I had something similar to happen to me with another girl at the same church who did the exact same things, being nice, friendly ,etc. With that girl I asked her out and she said yes but we really didn't go out on a date per say. Just made plans but those plans never went through. The girl is now married with two kids.

I agree and they will win it every next season. BQ:Am I a loyal foreign suns fan or not? I loved the suns when I watched them in 2008 2009 season and attached to them. It was my first year as an nba fan and that year the suns didnt make the playoffs.I was very interested and excited to watch playoffs for my first time in my life. My team wasnt there . Open Question: What do you think of this?

One of my friends has decided to cease being friends with me. Can you please try and answer this question. Here is a brieft history of our friendship. I have aspergers and my pal has ADHD. I am almost 21 by the way. 2002-Got to know him we got along ok 2003-We got along ok did not really know him that well 2004 Got to know him a lot better and started to receive annoyed by some of his mannerisims (he has ADHD). Started to lash out at him and even toss somethiing at him he was being so annoying 2005-Got angy infront of him and started shouting at him on some occasions. I did not even turn up to his 15th birthdaty party. 2006- Did not have any conflict with him this year. Did not really socailise with him much this year. 2007-He started to hang out and arrive round my home more and we developed a good friendship. Did have one minor dispute on new years eve about this party. 2008-Had quite a lot of arguments and blowups with him this year. Did not appreciate him always turning up to my home virtually everday uinvited. He aranged a surpise celebration for my 18th which I also did not appreciate and let him know it. Started drifitng apart slightly towards the end of the year 2009-We started haning out a little more but we did not act as friendly towrds each ohter and were still drifiting apart 2010-Still drifting apart more and no he virtually never comes round and pays me a visit. Hardly ever calls me or rings me up either. Do look him regurly though becasue he is in my social circle. Why do you think he has given up being friends with me a little bit?

Open Question: How Can I Keep My Indefinte Leave to Remain from Expiring?

I have held an ILR visa since 2005. My husband obtained a visa to live and work in my country (the US), in 2008. We moved here at the end of July 2009. When he obtained his green card, he was clearly instructed that he only needed to visit the US once a year to keep it. I'm wondering if there are similar rules about ILR visas. Honestly, we are only trying it out here, and it is very possible that we might go back. He doesn't like living here at every. We don't know if we are going to know for certain by next July. We might need a few more months to decide.

Open Question: Help me with period stuff!? (girls only)?

I think i just had my first period a two days ago. It got light, then heavy, then light, then it just stopped. I didn't bleed yesterday and i didn't bleed today. They days before my period i had cramps and headaches. I had cramps yesterday. I am definitely not pregnant cause im still a virgin duh. And sometime last week i think i broke my hymen cause i was masturbating and i found a little blood on my substitute "dildo" (not really a dildo just something i used to stimulate one.) Well two days ago (the day i was talking about up there^) and i found blood on it again and it was fresh. So i stopped masturbating, and went to wipe myself. and there was a stain of blood on the toilet paper. I just thought that i didnt break my hymen every the way the last time i masturbated and i just broke the relax this time. Well after a while i felt kinda wet and i thought it was just some discharge. I went to wipe again and i found blood on the toilet paper and a big light brown, barely visable, stain on my undies. Then after that i found just a tiny reddish brown stain over the brown. Was that my period? I haven't started it yet so i don't know. To give more information i have had: Breasts- a year an maybe a half Pubic hair- at least a year or a year and a half below arm hair- At least a year and a half or two years Shaving- not even a half year Cramps- only had them when i got sickwith the flu but this past week i have been having them without being sick. PMS- Hah that started like i don't know..2009 Headaches- had always had them but the became more frequent this past week. Acne- since 2008 I don't have big breast at every. I have like the smallest bra size there is.I have a really quick metablism and i think that may be the reason why i have such tiny breast. Well was that my period? Or is there some disease or sickness in me causing my vagina to bleed? If it is my period, how should i tell my mom? I would feel every akward cause she maks such a big deal out of it. Open Question: Was it wrong of me to hate the Cavaliers?

I didn't like the Cavs. Why? I thought alot of their role players were overrated and benifitted from playing with James. Number 2: Deep down, I wanted Lebron James to arrive to Miami. Sure after 2006, he wasn't anywhere close my radar. We were the world champs! But after 2007, I felt that the success of the Heat was in jeopardy and that Dwyane Wade needed some help. So, even though I liked Lebron James, I cheered in hopes that he would fail, so that he would realize that Cleveland wasn't the place for him to be. In 2007, I wanted the Spurs to win. In 2008, I wanted the Celtics to torch em. In 2009, I thought they had the Magic beat, but thank goodness they didnt. And last year, he fell to the Celtics again. Each time I was beaming, hoping he would realize that he had to leave in order to win on the big stage. And tough the Heats chances of getting him were tiny, small was better than nothing. So, do you think this was wrong of me?

Open Question: What do you think about the ride RUSH at THORPE PARK?

Im going to Thorpe Park on Sunday, and i'm not sure about Rush at Thorpe Par considering it is closed a lot of the time, It also had an accident in 2008 where a bit of metal flow off the ride while people were on it. I'm also not sure because i am quite a tiny female and it only has 1 bar around the bottom of your waist which makes me worried that i will fall out. I was also wondering if you fall forward and backwards while in your seat (This means you are hanging out but still strapped in) Please Help! answer ASAP.. I only have 1/2 days till i go! Open Question: B1/B2 US Visa - Multiple entry with annotation - Urgent Please?

Hello every. I have a USA B1/B2 Visa, with "M" in multiple entries, and it does not expire till 2013. It was given to me in 2008 when I applied to go to NYC for a company's training. However in the annotation space it says: One entry from July 10 to August 2010, and so, I am soo confused. I have another training with the same company in the same city in just a few days, what I don't know is; if the annotation means that I could only travel to USA in that specific date posted in the annotation or that I can travel anytime because it is a multiple, unexpired visa valid till 2013. Note: I did go to NYC in 2008 for the company training and stayed only for 10 days even though I was granted 3 months stay at the port of entry. JFK. I tried to contact the embassy but it has been impossible. I appreciate serious answers.

Open Question: What can't I get over something that may or may not have happened?

When I was 17 I met my now husband. 3 months after we got together we found out we were pregnant. When I found out I was pregnant, we were pretty much on the verge of breaking up. His parent's did not like me, he refused to meet my parents and he had been acting pretty odd. Things got rough about a month prior to us finding out, his parent's had had a receive together at their home. Everyone was drinking and his step-dad came in and told me that I was not welcome and everyone hated me. His pal who was sober at the time heard everything and asked if I needed a ride home. I left with his pal and he took me home. The next day he called me and told me to F*** Off because I slept with his pal (His parent's told him that we slept together in the other room while my husband was sleeping). I went back to his home to receive some things and say my "goodbyes". By time I got there, he had changed his mind and decided to ask me what happened. Nothing happened. A) I do not believe in cheating, not even flirting is cheating by my definition B) I truly adore and care about him. Right around the time that this every happened, my boyfriend had started acting odd. Talking to "friends" that I had never heard of or met, every of a sudden going to an "uncles" home that I also had never heard of or met. He did not have a cell phone at the time, but I did, so his friends would call my phone. Except for the "friends" that I had never heard of and the uncle, those people called his mom's phone. I thought it was weird yes, but until I had "proof" then I was not going to accuse him of anything, plus we were 17/18 (not that it makes it ok, it still is painful, but we were very young) One night when we were out with one of his other friends, "someone" called for him and he spoke to the person for a second and said "I promise to call you back" I asked him who it was and he said his pal "Stephen". I questioned that, straight boys do not talk to straight boys like that. Boys talk to girls that way. Right when we found out we were pregnant, the weird behavior stopped and we began our lives together. We got our first place, prepared for baby. Everything seemed great. He proposed to me when our daughter was 4 months old, Christmas 2007. Then Thanksgiving time 2008, I receive this message from his ex-girlfriend telling me she had to receive it off her chest. That her and him had been sleeping together until I found out I was pregnant, and that she was the one who told him that they could not snooze together anymore unless he chose who he wanted to be with. (Which I guess was me?) I confronted him about it, he denied even having conversation with her. But that would explain the weird behavior. I just did not know, so I stayed with my parents for a week and I told him he had one last time to tell me the truth. He the admitted to talking to her behind my back, but they never slept together or did anything physical (typical answer I suppose) But he did start crying and swore that was the truth, that he loves me and our daughter. That he realized speaking to her behind my back was wrong and sorry that he lied. Now 4 years later, we have two beautiful daughters together, married and possess a home. I had totally forgotten about everything until I got Post Partum Depression and now is every I can think about is how he may or may not have been with this girl 4 years ago. We have so much now, why does it even matter? I cannot seem to receive over it *now*, maybe I was never over it and my PPD brought back the pain? I do not know? I know I should communicate how I am feeling to my husband, but how on earth would I explain this? I do not believe he is cheating now, or has cheated any other time. But I do think that he did cheat on me with her. I thought I was over it until we had our second child a month ago and sunk into this depression.

I know when someone from another country comes to America, I'm intrigued by them and interested in their culture and country. I'm curious about what it's like for them to be in such a different culture and how their culture is different. I was wondering what it's like for a guy in Italy when an African American moves there? I don't want to be an outcast! I'm studying abroad in Italy and I'm wondering how the men are going to react to me. Are they going to think I'm weird or odd? Also do Italians think Americans have tacky style? I don't know if this is true, but I've heard that some Europeans think that about Americans. Thanks in advance! I mean Italian guys who have been raised in Italy. There's a difference between an Italian from New Jersey (or anywhere in the states) and an Italian from Europe. I've been to Italy and the cultures are so different.

Open Question: Why did Obama refuse to pledge alligence to our flag?

In 2008, Obama bowed his head and clasped his arms quietly at the pledge of allegiance. He refused to say it for "religious" reasons. Why did the people elect someone who refused to pledge allegiance to this nation? Now you could argue and say "well he did say it in 2009 when he was inaugurated". But then again if he is one to denounce this country personally, who is to say that he meant what he said? Look at Constantine as a example. The country was going to be ruined because the Christian population was exploding. He was forced to call himself a christian as well and "converted" for Christ. In reality, him and his close advisers never believed, and they were nicked named "wet pagans". Who is to say Obama is really aligned with our country? After every, all his policies seem to generally go against the the common good of the people and he has stretched out his hand beyond the restrictions of the constitution.

Open Question: What can I do about my ex? He seems to think there's still a chance after 2 years!?

Well... I wouldn't call im my ex, it doesn't feel right or comfortable, actually we dated briefly for about 3 months in 2008. The thing is he's my brother in laws closest pal and they are inseparable, so he's almost always there when I go to look my sister. I don't hate him, but just the sight of him winds me up enough to last a fortnight, the thing is he was such an asshole to me, he used me, made me look bad to gain sympathy from others invited himself to look my mom when it wasn't the right time (my mom just came home from work and couldn't give a shit about him) after I only suggested it he invited himself to my cousins wedding reception, argued with me the whole time then mingled with my family (I had to explain toy cousins that my sisters husband invited him, because she assumed he was with me) last year he stole my brother's phone and sold it to pay for drugs (my sister and her husband forgave him and still invites him to their home!) he took advantage of me while I was drunk by grabbing me and shoving his tongue down my throat and then that night expected me to have sex with him, luckily I had sobered up.(this was after he stole my brothers phone, he never apologized to me when I was sober, he probably did it to show my sister that he was forgiven by me) I am still pissed off about that! I'm pretty sure he tried to push his tongue down my throat the last time my sister had a party while I was drunk, I've had a flashback of me fighting him off. He talks about me every the time with his female friends (mostly abut private things) and the always try to convince me that he was good for me, but I know that he was no good and that he is really sneaky in everything he does, like the way he tries to make me look bad to everyone ells so that he can look good. He hasn't dated or had a relationship with anyone since me,whereas I have dated about 10. I have tried to explain to people what he's like but they don't seem to hear, especially my sister, if I didn't look him for at least 3 years I would probably forgive him, but there is no chance. So what can I do to convince him that there is no chance reconciliation?

Open Question: directv's cancelation policy?

I got directv in August 2008 with a 2 year agreement. In 2009 I moved and did their mover's service. The guy informed me that I had to upgrade my receiver to HD-DVR to continue. I did so. Now they are saying that upgrading my equipment has added another year to my contract and I will be charged $240 to cancel this month. The only thing is, I was NEVER told this. The guy said that I had to upgrade my receiver to continue service. I asked for a copy of the contract but this is such a scam. I am sure there is nothing I can do because these crooks are too good at their scheme. Just a pathetic, crappy service, I should have canceled it instead of moving. They lied to me when I signed up, promising some $200 new customer bonus that never arrived. Called them up and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. Can I complain to the BBB or something? I doubt it would even matter. Also, they said they will automatically charge my credit card in 15 days, which means I don't have time to receive and contest this so-called contract. yeah but a replacement card would cost $20 and they'd just sue me for the $240 probably, and it would definitely go on my credit history, i'd imagine...

Open Question: Opinion about Mac Pro setup for video?

First off, I am a freelance videographer, shooting every my projects in HD and therefore need a step-up from my 2008 iMac 24". I was thinking of buying: - The new 6-core Mac Pro (3.33 GHz) - 8 GB of RAM (or do I need 12?) - ATI Radeon HD 5770 - 512 GB SSD + 3x 1TB in RAID 0 - 2x HP LP2475w 24" Display - Apogee Duet Audio Interface - 2x Mackie MR5 Monitors I already possess external FireWire drives I will use to back everything up in case my RAID array fails. Is this Mac Pro powerful enough to work nicely with ProRes 422? Am I better off buying a RAID Card to receive RAID 5 or will the steer speeds be good with RAID 0? Is this audio interface any good and are the monitors a good choice? Any other equipment I might add to the list given that I mostly edit video and do graphics in Photoshop? Answers will be greatly appreciated.

So yeah I'm planning to buy a pretty expensive car a 2008 335i. Im just don't want to receive scammed , i met him in person he live in the same city as i he live in a wealthy apartments, and he already payed of the car he showed me the certification, it was a japanese name but when we frist met he told me that his name was kevin ?? Maybe thats just his american name ?? sick ask for his id next time i meet. He was really nice when he was showing me the car, let me test steer and everything showed me the warranty of the car. I asked if he had carfax he said yeah , but didn't show me it me it maybe i have to go to his home to his computer to view it ?? Open Question: How can I get my life back on track?

last fall i apllied at stark state college. i also applied for financial aid and needed several documents for the process to go smoothly. the last document i needed to receive in happen to be a child support stating how much we (dependent at the time) recieved for the year of 2008. I tried to tell them that i didnt recieve any and my mom, who was supposed to go and retrieve such info handed me the paper with the child support i recieved for 2007 because she didnt think she would receive a document since we didnt recieve any support. the financial aid worker in the office said that i would need a letter of proof (u serious?) that i didnt recieve an aid. i feel like i been dooped and since that process failed i didnt attend school even 3 weeks. i recieved no financial aid for the cost of my books in order to participate in my classes. i didnt drop immediately because i was confused and scared of what was goin on. eventually i stopped goin and was dropped afterawrds, not sure at the time length at which i was dropped though. so now i owe the general over 1,550. even though it wont help im regretting being a dependant because i couldnt even trust my mom to receive that final document..
